The itinerary is
planned well in advance. There may be alterations made due to change of
circumstance with the pottersÕ availability, beyond our control. Every effort
will be made to find a suitable substitute or change the timing of activities
to suit.
I can guarantee an
insightful trip, as knowing the area and the potters for 12 years has allowed
me openings to places and people you would not otherwise find. The language is
invaluable too! We will have a lot of fun.
Accommodation is based on two people to a room.
At
Faramans you will be staying in a farmhouse run by Bernard and his wife. It is
very simple and self-contained. There is a kitchen, a dining/lounge room, a
bathroom and separate toilet, a washing machine, 3 bedrooms. There is a
separate ÒsuiteÓ next to the farmhouse, for a couple with its own bathroom,
which is a little more luxurious. If there is a couple who would prefer to stay
there, it will be a slight increase in cost.
At Faramans, the
bakery is in the village about 1km from the farmhouse. Those who like to get up
early and go for a walk may like to enjoy the French bakery experience and
practise their French.
The other
accommodation will be in a gite or chambre dÕhote, b&b, run by a French
family.
